Gallformers ID Notes

For singly-occurring Asphondylia solidaginis / A. rosulata-like bud galls on Solidago ulmifolia apical buds. Could represent a host range extension of an already-characterized Asphondylia, or perhaps a new species. Sometimes very prominent, unlike A. rosulata bud galls on S. rugosa, with many thin, recurved leaves.
