Gallformers ID Notes

Thin, mitten-shaped hairless galls usually occurring in great numbers on the undersides of leaves of Amelanchier alnifolia. The galls are usually purple, but have also been seen with orange and yellow. There may be some overlap with the a-arborea-spotted-fan-gall.
