Gallformers ID Notes

A leafy witches broom on the flowers of Toxicodendron radicans. The witches brooms are green and red, and are tightly clustered. Whether the structures are caused by a mite, midge, fungus, or even herbicide damage is not known.

Observed in New Jersey in July August.
