Douglas' Milkvetch Stem Gall

Globular clusters that protrude prominently from one side of the stem. Galls are green with splashes of mottled red.

Galls have been observed in June in Riverside County, CA and San Diego County, CA (2)

In June of 2022, kelptaylor raised a caterpillar from one of the undescribed galls placed in this diverse group of globular stem galls on Astragalus. See https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/124052150
